TEAM RISE

Special RISE rituals involving running, meditation, yoga, and acts of appreciation are shared by team members on a daily and weekly basis to create a ‘single body’ service spirit.

COMMUNITY LIAISON

An ambassador of common unity and harmonious coexistence, the Community Liaison builds relationships with the local community to organize opportunities for team member engagement as well as recruitment of local talent.

FLAT MANAGEMENT

There is no use for titles in an environment where roles and respect are clearly communicated. Team members are not categorized within a hierarchy, rather, all are asked to explore a range of roles and duties through organized job rotation.

UN-UNIFORM UNIFORM

Displaying subtle signature elements that help guests identify RISE staff, such as grey Converse or neon wristbands, team members are otherwise encouraged to express themselves in a way that is most comfortable for them.

TRANSPARENT HIRING

In the true spirit of equality and transparency, team members are actively involved in the process of screening, selecting, welcoming, and training new hires. This way, everyone shares responsibility for their adaptation and well-being.

EXPLORE CREDITS

To stimulate consciousness and enhance overall guest service, team members are gifted an allotment of Explore Credits to use across the retreat on a monthly basis for personal betterment and professional development. These credits can also be used to achieve specialized RISE “Awareness Levels.”

SOVEREIGN MENTORSHIP

In recognition of personal sovereignty, junior team members have the opportunity to request mentoring (both personal and professional), and senior team members are able to self-select and volunteer for such roles.

SUSTAIN IT FORWARD

Just as guests are held accountable for consumption and asked to ‘Sustain It Forward,’ team members are supported in reaching monthly ‘SIF’ goals through flexible scheduling, team social media networks, and public recognition and celebration.
