You source and manage your own architect and builder. Rise vets your contractor, assists with permit documentation, and conducts monthly compliance and safety inspections across the site.
Select from Rise's curated home designs, adapt them to your vision, and let us run the process. We manage permitting end-to-end, run your tender and bid process, coordinate between your architect and builder, inspect the construction regularly, and guide you through handover. You make the calls — we handle the logistics.
Timeline: ~9+ months total.
A dedicated coordinator manages everything from architect selection through keys-in-hand. Custom design, bid management, multi-party coordination, construction oversight, payment management, and concierge support throughout.

We provide comprehensive building services to bring your custom design to life using either concrete blocks or traditional bahareque.
